2012 Champagne Thiénot x Penfolds Chardonnary Pinot Noir Cuvee
In May 2019, Penfolds announced a partnership with renowned Champagne House Thiénot – a limited release Champagne to toast 175 years of winemaking endeavours. A working alliance was created with the forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, quality-focused, family creating three extraordinary Champagnes from the 2012 vintage. The first of the three Champagnes released was a 2012 Chardonnay Pinot Noir Cuvée – scents of crème brûlée, pomme au four, toffee-apple.
Penfolds Grange Shiraz
In 2021, Penfolds icon, Grange celebrated its 70th anniversary – since it was first created as an experimental wine in 1951, Grange has enjoyed 70 years of unbroken vintage releases. The original and most powerful expression of Penfold’s multi-vineyard, multi-district blending philosophy, Grange is arguably Australia’s most celebrated wine and is officially listed as a Heritage Icon of South Australia.
