Delight your guests with a show-stopping Charry Crostini recipe created by professional chef and recipe developer, Into The Sauce.
This year, be the host with the most and serve up a storm with this winning recipe from Tori Falzon, the culinary mastermind behind Into The Sauce.
This recipe is impossibly easy to create and can be scaled up or down depending on how many you’re serving. Take note: we suggest scaling up whenever you can because once you’ve tried this melody of flavours, you’ll be wanting seconds, thirds, and maybe even fourths.
It’s love at first bite with the irresistibly delectable flavour combination of fig and prosciutto. The salty prosciutto of this crostini bounces off the sweet flavours of the fig jam perfectly, leading the way for the zesty rocket and everyone’s favourite: fresh mozzarella.
